Your Tasks...
- Align processes with business strategy
- Evaluate existing processes, analyze implemented changes and recommend through adjustments to workflows, schedules or other processes as needed, while deploying technology
- Discovery, development and review of business process models to support process-based management and business improvement (continuous improvement)
- Establish policies and rules as well as facilitate changes in culture based on Headquarter regulations
- Make decisions based on governance regulations and process
- Guide and coach process owners on process implementation (concept, improvement, measurement modeling, techniques, etc.)
Our Requirements...
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in technical university (TU/FH)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in process management and modeling (Automotive background preferred)
- Very good knowledge in MS-Office (Excel, PPT, Word) and Stages-process management or equivalent tools
- Quality Assurance knowledge and experience desired
- Information technology and Atlassian tools know-how is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, independent and team-oriented work, strong communication and excellent organizational skills
- CMMI or A-SPICE background is a benefit
- Transformational competencies, such as project- and knowledge management as well as organizational change techniques required
- Fluency in in English and German for both verbal and written communication (level B2 is a minimum) is a must

Minimum Salary
Minimum gross salary EUR 3.857,14 for 38,5 hours per week. Possibility of overpayment depending on your qualification and experience!Are you interested?
