Product Quality Reporting Manager [Germany]

The Product Quality Reporting Manager will support the Head of Quality in the definition and coordination of the accommodation quality metrics and develop reporting to support the wider business in the delivery of these metrics. You will be the expert in our customer data, while designing or improving existing reports to ensure we have the right information at hand to make informed decisions. You will identify solutions to drive continuous improvement in each of the key areas associated with accommodation quality.


ABOUT THE JOB


  • You will identify reporting solutions to drive continuous improvement in each of the key areas connected to hotel customer experience
  • You will own the hotel target setting process, and provide recommended targets to the business to meet the business objective of yearly improvements
  • You will be the expert in our customer data, and will drive efficiencies by collaborating with other business areas, to ensure alignment of reporting relating to accommodation performance
  • You will own the design, development and delivery of accommodation quality reporting and proactively share this with the business to enable others to make informed decisions to improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide automated solutions on existing reporting, to increase efficiencies across the business
  • You’ll be responsible for delivering appropriate reporting on trending topics and customer insights from our customer satisfaction questionnaires
  • You will work closely with other key stakeholders to develop system improvements
  • You will support the delivery of Quality initiatives by taking ownership of projects
  • You will work in close collaboration with other, Central Product Quality Team, Customer Experience Teams and the Consumer Insights Team within TUI

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Critical thinker with a keen eye for detail and love for data
  • Ability to translate data into manageable, user-friendly dashboards/visualisations/reports
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to set internal processes and drive improvements
  • Effective team working skills and the ability to work independently using own initiative
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of reporting systems, such as Tableau, Qualtrics etc would be beneficial
  • Strong business English (written & spoken)
  • Well-developed technical IT skills
