WORKING STUDENT LEGAL (f/m/d) [Germany]

 

Your responsibilities

As a working student, you will contribute to the overall success of the organization by effectively supporting the Legal department.

• Assist in reviewing and analyzing legal documents and policies
• Maintain files and track correspondence
• Assist with documentation retention and legal policies
• Support ad-hoc project requests
• Knowledge Management:
  • Formal documents to be prepared to a professional standard
• Complex or difficult concepts, e.g. IT specs, to be explained in clear, succinct and effective terms
• Presentations to follow “current” market branding requirements and formats
• Documents to be retained / filed for future reference
  • Knowledge and insights to be proactively shared with colleagues (especially juniors)
  • Own knowledge to be updated through continuous professional development

Your profile

• Student of Law, or similar, with focus on contract and corporate law
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong self-management skills and discipline, ability to take initiative and get things done under pressure and tight deadlines
• Team player; ability to build positive relationships internally and externally
• Solid MS-Office skills
• Fluent in English and German
