Your mission:
The Social Media and Community Manager will be responsible for managing the digital activation content plan previously aligned with the Marketing & Communication team.
Responsibilities
Your day to day with us:
- Prepare briefings, manage and monitoring influencers campaigns with the influencer marketing agency/partner following the Marketing calendar and objectives between the different beverage’s brands (Pepsi, 7UP & Guaraná Antarctica).
- Implement social media strategy and plan to connect with consumers across social media platforms.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling and publishing using internal platforms.
- Responsible for daily monitoring of social media accounts: respond to comments and engage timely to improve interaction and measure positive sentiment between the different platforms.
- Manage internal and external approval process to deliver all media content.
- Measure social media performance and adjust strategy as needed to improve performance from brand content creators and brand owned content.
- Responsible for social listening (including media trends), insights, tools and applications and recommend new ideas to improve social media presence.
Qualifications
What will you need to succeed?:
- Minimum 1 year experience in social media management (FMCG beneficial),
- Degree in Marketing, Management or similar (preferable)
- Knowledge of most known social media platforms (FB/IG/TW/YT…), requirements, usability and their backend management platforms for Admin settings and moderation.
- Experience on Influencer marketing
- Project management – ability to manage multiple projects in a fast moving and ever-changing environment, demonstrating initiative and teamwork.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to write engaging copies to connect with audience.
- Creative mindset to inspire others to deliver new ideas to engage with consumers.
- Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop knowledge will be a plus.
