Customer Service Specialist

Based in Helsinki
As a Customer Service Specialist you have commercial and logistical talent, combined with excellent communication skills.
You are service-oriented and you can fully identify with our company values.
Tasks And Responsibilities
External and internal customer service (B2B) and sales support
Customer master data and order book management, including for. ex.
General master data, discounts, returns
Order book changes, follow-up, cancellations
Order creation
Crediting, finance follow-up
Contract maintenance
Logistics and delivery follow-up
Local facility support
Local marketing support
Profile
Education at Bachelor’s level, preferably with a commercial background
3-5 years of work experience
Good knowledge of Word and Excel
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Good knowledge of Finnish and English, both spoken and written
Good communication and social skills
Being able to work both in a team and independently
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Fast and accurate
Positive, customer-friendly, commercial attitude
Resilient and flexible attitude
