At the moment we are looking for a
Customer Service Specialist
Fulltime
Based in Helsinki

As a Customer Service Specialist you have commercial and logistical talent, combined with excellent communication skills.
You are service-oriented and you can fully identify with our company values.


Tasks And Responsibilities

  • External and internal customer service (B2B) and sales support

  • Customer master data and order book management, including for. ex.

  • General master data, discounts, returns

  • Order book changes, follow-up, cancellations

  • Order creation

  • Crediting, finance follow-up

  • Contract maintenance

  • Logistics and delivery follow-up

  • Local facility support

  • Local marketing support


Profile


  • Education at Bachelor’s level, preferably with a commercial background

  • 3-5 years of work experience

  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel

  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus

  • Good knowledge of Finnish and English, both spoken and written

  • Good communication and social skills

  • Being able to work both in a team and independently

  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Fast and accurate

  • Positive, customer-friendly, commercial attitude

  • Resilient and flexible attitude
