Full Job Description:
- Create, modify, update and implement the company's policies
- Ability to listen English communication
- Go through all Emails, Messages and Conversations
- Highlight Customer's issues to operation Manager
- 6months experience in a Call Center
- Candidate with QA/QC experience will be preferred
Qualification: Inter- Bachelors
Timings: 6:00pm- 2:00am

Salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
