Job Description
- Provide interpretation services between Japanese and Indonesian individuals or teams during meetings and conferences.
- Ensure clear and accurate communication by actively listening, understanding, and conveying messages appropriately.
- Assist with written translation tasks, including documents, emails, and reports, while maintaining the intended meaning and context.
- Conduct research to prepare for interpreting assignments and gain a thorough understanding of the subject matter.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to support projects requiring interpretation services.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose strategies to enhance communication effectiveness.

- JLPT N2 certification demonstrating excellent proficiency in Japanese.
- More than 2 years interpreter/ translator experience in Japanese company
- Fluent in both written and spoken Japanese and Indonesian.
- Excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive problem-solving skills in communication.
