Introduction to the job
Independently leads complex multi-disciplinary program management that contain several sub workstreams. Programs involve innovative and heterogeneous topics, that have long term impact. Products typically involve several sectors or are at company level and have impact on various major business processes; require good understanding of the business and interdependencies of business sectors. Project timeline: 1-2 years ahead.
Role and responsibilities
- Plans and leads the delivery of a range of information gathering, analysis, and stakeholder consultation activities. Specifies, negotiates, and agrees on project deliverables.
- Manages medium team of specialists (5 - 10 FTE)
- Manages the relation with multiple (groups of) stakeholders on tactical/strategic level
- Manages a complex organizational environment with (tactical) stakeholders, needs to acquire Sr. management buy-in
- Leads, engages and motivates PL's and product team members.
- Specifies and leads the delivery of the product review process to ensure that stakeholders are able to evaluate progress and agree on change at appropriate points.
- Manages identification of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the product, escalating these where appropriate.
- Ensures that roles and responsibilities are clearly defined within the product delivery and KD management office teams and ensures project compliance with ASML's wider program and/or portfolio management decision-making structures and processes.
- Develops and manages the delivery of a plan to evaluate and track business benefits and to identify actions needed to maximize these.
Education and experience
- Has proven track record in program management (ASML product management) in different environments/businesses.
- Has led large products in (technical) industrial cross-cultural environment.
- Has expert process and organizational knowledge to make (process) decisions on critical moments in the product.
- Master's degree with PMP certification or equal
