A fast-growing cleaning company is looking for an experienced Female supervisor to plan, manage & control daily operations and optimum use of material and human resources to the bookings received from customers.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of services and processes to support the core business of the company.
- To review, check and sanction material and manpower requisition.
- To interact with clients for taking new bookings and rescheduling existing bookings, in addition to handling customer complaints.
- Managing a team of cleaners/drivers and interact with them to ensure efficient execution of the daily jobs, beside monitoring the performance of the team members.
- Updating daily booking schedule and assignment of cleaners to the cleaning jobs.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
