The ideal candidate will have previous experiance in team management & the cleaning sector. Good interpersonal skills & problem solving will be critical.
A full drivers license is mandatory to fulfil this position.
The individual will be responsible for supervising & working in a tight knit team in conjunction with the Operations Director & Works Manager to ensure we complete our weekly cleaning schedules & client portfolio.
Enviroments include Office cleaning, builders & final cleans, Flat cleaning & stairwell/developments.
Responsibilities:
- On site supervision & cleaning in conjunction with the team
- Driving to sites as required (Edinburgh & Lothians)
- Cleaning using the proper procedures.
- Assist in the replenishment of cleaning supplies.
- Maintain a well-supplied vehicle
- Ensuring all kit is clean & in good order
- Completion of paperwork (Check sheets)
- Follow all safety guidelines for use of equipment and materials.
All uniform & training is provided.
Monday - Friday: 07:00 - 12:30 (Including Break)
Saturdays : 0700 - 10:00
A 12 week on the job training/probationary period will be undertaken by successful applicants.
Standard minimum hour contract of 25 per week applicants can expect to complete 25 - 30 hours per week. Rotational Saturday shifts will also be required. Approximately 1 in 4 at present.
