About the role
We're seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will help us build Userlane AI and reshape the future of digital adoption software using state of the art analytics and machine learning techniques. The ideal candidate has a big-picture mindset and is an out-of-the-box thinker with a natural curiosity to explore data and identify insights that lead to groundbreaking applications. Your day
- Work closely and efficiently in an agile and interdisciplinary environment, with data engineers, product managers, software engineers, designers, and more.
- Understand product vision and business requirements and analyse their impact on the design of our software solutions.
- Design and execute experiments that push the boundaries of our product capabilities, while staying up to date on the latest developments in analytics and AI.
- Explore new approaches to solving business problems, while also ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable over the long term.
- Support the team bringing these new applications to a production environment.
Your Profile
- Strong foundation in Analytics and Machine Learning algorithms, as well as hands-on experience delivering these applications in a production environment. Experience with graph algorithms and/or web data analysis are a plus.
- Proficiency in Python and good understanding of software development best practices.
- Experience working with large amounts of data in a variety of formats and storage types.
- Experience with technologies such as Databricks, AzureML, MLflow, and Docker are a plus.
- Independent and proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
