THIS IS A DUAL ROLE
Ravenwood Hall is an independant hotel, restaurant and venue set in the countryside just outside Bury St. Edmunds, in the village of Rougham.
The role comprises serving breakfast to our guests from 7am and then merging into a chamber person role that services the bedrooms and ensures the hotel is clean and presentable to our guests.
Breakfast will involve serving tea and coffee, taking orders for food and relaying tables.
We pride ourselves on providing high standards of cleanliness in all rooms and public areas.
In this role, you will work as part of a team to clean and prepare bedrooms and public areas to consistently high standards. You will also need to demonstrate good customer service skills.
Cleaning experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given. The hotel operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Please be aware that hours are not guaranteed and you may be asked to work less or more hours depending on the business. Working weekends and bank holidays may be required.
