Context and environment
As Production Operator on Skjold, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence in operating the facilities on a day-to-day basis. This is with the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies in ensuring operations are executed within Operating Envelope and in accordance with Company Rules and procedures. You will get to use your knowledge and experience applying a range of techniques when acting as Area Authority, opening work permits at location (final checks, TBT, hazard identification, PtW compliance and keep the process running …).
Overall, you have the responsibility of conducting the Daily Rounds to monitor the facilities, log data, check integrity threats, check Safe operations of Third Parties. You are the one to prepare and execute isolations and breaking containment, as well as preparing field shutdowns in close liaison with the maintenance team on site and onshore departments. You will also perform gas, NORM and other required testing to verify equipment is safe to work on for the other teams. Finally, you are responsible for performing random audits on working locations.
This position will have roles on the duty roster as fireteam member and/or fireteam leader.

Candidate profile
- Educational background as Process Technician, skilled craftsman or similar with craftsman diploma.
- Process operations experience, preferably experience from Oil and gas.
- Completed relevant training is an advantage.
- Proficiency in oral and written Danish and English
Moreover, you are expected to – during final stages of the recruitment process – present a criminal record certificate upon request.
When hired, all our offshore employees are expected to be able to obtain an offshore medical certificate with us, which we as a company offers through our provider.
